Riva Allard was the daughter of Quintus Allard and Tamara Kearney, and the sister of Daniel Allard, and the half-sister of Justin Allard. She was also a scientist at the NAIS.

Fourth Succession War[edit]
At the wedding of Hanse Davion and Melissa Steiner on Terra in 3028, she apparently flirted with a captain from the FWLM. The man quickly ceased his advances when he discovered her father was Quintus Allard, the head of MIIO.[1]
