Robert "Diamond" Brewler was a legendary commander of the Star League Defense Force's Ninety-ninth Light Horse Regiment.[1]

Colonel Brewler gained fame as the commander of the Ninety-ninth Light Horse Regiment. While fighting in the Outworlds Alliance, Brewler found his regiment surrounded by a full enemy division and did the unexpected by leading his troops into a gap between two of its brigades. This exposed the poor coordination of the Outworlds forces, allowing Brewler's regiment to escape, as the third Outworlds Brigade accidentally fired on its comrades.[1]
Following this, Brewler was later promoted to General, and his former Regiment became known as the "The Brights of Brewler" in his honor.[1]
