Robert Kron was the commanding officer of the Marian Hegemony's I Legio as of 3085.[1]

Legatus Kron, commanding the I Legio's Secunda Cohors, was stationed on Alphard in 3064. Formerly a member of the Cohors Morituri, Kron's outspoken opposition against former Caesar Sean O'Reilly would have had him executed were it not for his and his family's political connections.[2] By 3067, Kron remained in command of the Secunda Cohors and was stationed on Stafford.[3] Following the Jihad, Kron was promoted to Imperator and commanded the entire I Legio on Alphard by 3085.[1]
