Leftenant General Parrington was commanding officer of the Porrima Command, located in the Federated Commonwealth's Pherkad Operations Area, in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Parrington continued to command the Porrima region after its relocation to the Alarion Operations Area and held that position by 3054.[2]
