Roberta Sato was a notable MechWarrior in the Second Benjamin Regulars during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
Chu-i Sato was one of the first Draconis Combine MechWarriors to receive the new Exhumer BattleMech and was piloting it during a raid against the Rasalhague Dominion world of Dehgolan. Sato positioned her machine atop a rise while the rest of her reconnaissance lance advanced towards a Ghost Bear position and was ready to provide fire support when the Bears dispatched a Star of combat vehicles, battle armor, and a lone Thresher 'Mech in response. As her hovertanks maneuvered to avoid the heavier Bear forces, Sato was horrified when her missile barrage missed the Bears and landed solely on her lead Cizin. During the lance's withdrawal, Sato elected to make judicious use of her 'Mech's ER large lasers in order to cover their retreat and, upon returning to base, it transpired that her brand-new machine needed a complete targeting system overhaul.[1][2]
