Roger Fennault was the doctor in charge of the G17 Tornado PAL suit.[1]

Roger was a student and protégé of Doctor Devon Cortland, and when he discovered his armour would not get the same importance than the ones operated by the Manei Domini, he stalled the project for a year, but once it started moving it got speed very quick.[1]
