Doctor Roger Fleming (retired), was a former member of the Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces, and an instructor at the Nagelring during the Word of Blake Jihad.[1]

Fleming served in the LCAF before the Jihad, later earning a doctorate in war science at the Nagelring, and teaching at that institution on Tharkad when the Word of Blake began their assault in 3067.
He returned to service with the resistance to the Blakists, racking up seven kills in his BattleMech during the occupation, and remaining on active duty until the end of the Jihad. After the conclusion of hostilities, he returned to teaching at the Nagelring, as part of a skeleton staff.[1]

Fleming was known to pilot a BLR-10S BattleMaster BattleMech.[1]
