Roger Hepner was a tank operator in the Eridani Light Horse's Seventy-first Light Horse Regiment during the Jihad.[1]
History[edit]
Sergeant Hepner and his crew mate Sergeant James Stiles were both lifelong members of the ELH and could trace their ancestry back to soldiers who had refused Aleksandr Kerensky's call to leave the Inner Sphere. While Hepner and Stiles had very different views of the world and constantly shared friendly arguments, they were famous for coming together as one in the heat of combat. When the Seventy-first Light Horse took up station on Huntress, Hepner and Stiles aided in winning several trials against Clan Goliath Scorpion, although their tank was badly damaged in the process.[1]
