History[edit]
Star Captain Romer was an officer in the Hanseatic League's Regional Defense Force 8 until his defeat at the hands of Clan Goliath Scorpion on Bruges. While Romer did not take to the peculiarities of Clan society, his aggressive behavior and engrained stubbornness guaranteed his rise through the ranks as a member of the Scorpion's military. His ascent was also aided by his habit of Trialing against superior officers that he disliked and wished to physically beat.[1]
