Major Ron Jenkins was an officer in the Seventy-first Light Horse Regiment of the Eridani Light Horse from at least 3025 to 3059.[2][1]

As of 3025, Jenkins was a lieutenant, commanding the Recon Lance, Fourth Heavy Assault Company, Eighty-second Heavy Cavalry Battalion of the Seventy-first Light Horse Regiment.[2] However, by 3059, he had been promoted to major and participated in the training on the Federated Commonwealth world of Defiance with the Seventy-first Light Horse Regiment, as part of the preparation of Task Force Serpent before their mission to the Clan Homeworlds to attack Clan Smoke Jaguar.[1]
By 3062, Jenkins was commanding officer of the Eighty-second Heavy Cavalry Battalion of the Seventy-first Light Horse Regiment and was stationed on Dieron.[3]
