Rory Paddock was the aide to the commanding officer of the Federated Suns' Periphery March as of 3085.[1]

Major General Paddock, serving under General Hans Scheller, was executive officer of the Remagen Combat Region in 3067.[2] Following the Jihad, now-Marshal Paddock served under Duke Raymond-Roger Marsin as executive officer of the Periphery March by 3085.[1]
