Planetary History[edit]

War of 3039[edit]

During the War of 3039, Sadachbia was attacked by Redfield's Renegades and the Eighth Deneb Light Cavalry. They didn't face a Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery unit in this campaign, but a series of Internal Security Force-sponsored psychological operations reduced their effectiveness.[45] To maximize the confusion, the Ninth Dieron Regulars were assigned to Sadachbia and began a harassment campaign against the Armed Forces of the Federated Suns units. Eventually the AFFS forces withdrew, but not without destroying a battalion of the Dieron Regulars and sustaining heavy losses themselves.[46]

Geography[edit]

Sadachbia has five continents: Grangi and its nearby island-continent Banade in the north, the equatorial Lossa, and Dharma and Shoquelle in the south. Most of the inland areas are harsh deserts. The islands in the northern ocean have unusually long growing seasons due to the planet's axial tilt. Grangi and Banade contain most of the planet's population, as the rest of the continents are too treacherous or too hot for human habitation.[1]
