Sally Bukannon was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of the Sixty-first Striker Cluster of Clan Steel Viper's Delta Galaxy as of 3061.[1]

Star Colonel Sally, serving with the Sixty-first Striker Cluster, was stationed in the Grant's Station system in 3061.[2] By 3067, Sally retained command of the Sixty-first Striker Cluster and was stationed on New Kent.[3]
