Planetary History[edit]

Colonized by geologists, scientists and settlers from Taurus in 2312, Samantha is a system in the Hyades Cluster region of space and was one of the worlds to join the Taurian Concordat when that nation came into being in 2335. Samantha was most likely named in honor of Samantha Calderon, leader of the expedition that founded the first colony on Taurus.[2] In 3079, Samantha was home of the Concordat Aerospace Flight School.[1]
