Samuel Lepke was the commanding officer of the Fifteenth Benjamin Regulars as of 3055.[1]

History[edit]

Tai-sa Lepke took command of the Fifteenth Bejnamin Regulars in 3055, following the retirement of Tai-sa Drex Hof. The Fifteenth Regulars had suffered from decades of degrading combat skills by the time Lepke was given charge of the unit and, as a former instructor at the Benjamin Military Academy, he immediately launched a new regimen of aptitude testing to determine which of his men were worthy of their posts. While his unorthodox tactics resulted in a bevy of demotions, promotions, and reassignments, the combined threat and promise of having their career trajectories rapidly change lead the warriors under Lepke's command to take their duties seriously and earned him the support of the Bureau of Substitution. By 3059, Lepke had decreased the rate of aptitude tests to once every six months but refused to let his men's performances backslide in their continued posting on Xinyang.[1]

Following the First Combine-Dominion War, Lepke retained command of the Fifteenth Regulars and was still stationed on Xinyang by 3067.[2]
