Sani "Checkpoint" Mallick was a notable tank commander in the Sixth Syrtis Fusiliers during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
Leftenant Mallick circumvented her tanks' weakness against larger targets by utilizing her company in an anti-infantry role while raiding into the Capellan-occupied worlds around New Syrtis. Her preferred targets were enemy roadblocks and checkpoints, which she would devastate with anti-personnel munitions and shock tactics. Mallick had her tank drive straight through temporary fortifications on numerous occasions and became skilled at dismantling obstructions, leading the rest of her battalion to give her the name "Checkpoint" and to alert her whenever they discovered roadblocks within her operational area.[1]
