Colonel von Heland, serving with the Fourteenth Donegal Guards, was stationed on Barcelona in 3062.[1] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War and Jade Falcon Incursion, von Heland remained with the Fourteenth Donegal and was stationed on Melissia by 3067.[2]
