The FSS Scherrer was a Neptune-class submarine Naval Vessel in service to the Federated Suns on Galtor in 3025.[1]
History[edit]
On 18 May 3025, the Scherrer and her sisterships FSS Ward, FSS Compton, FSS Bragg, FSS Laue were deployed to defend a secret Federated Suns underwater planetary command post in the waters of Derry Bay on Galtor III against Draconis Combine forces. While the FSS Ward was able to destroy an enemy Jenner with concentrated torpedo fire,[1] the slow Neptunes were completely unprepared for the fast Koryu-class submarine, that was able to carry a DEST squad to the command post and destroy it with explosives.[2]
