Sebastian was the commanding officer of the 165th Phalanx Cluster of Clan Steel Viper's Psi Galaxy as of 3061.[1]

Star Colonel Sebastian, serving with the 165th Phalanx Cluster, was stationed in the Orkney system in 3061.[2] At the time, the 165th Phalanx had been undergoing an effective civil war for six months, as Star Captains Quinn and Bowman fought repeated Trials against each other for reasons neither could remember. Only direct orders from saKhan Brett Andrews brought a close to the conflict, as Sebastian was more than content to watch his subordinates clash.[1]
