Sebastian Ioto was the commanding officer of the Forty-fifth Dieron Regulars as of 3059.[1]

Tai-sa Ioto, serving with the Forty-fifth Dieron Regulars, was stationed on Shitara in 3059.[2] Since taking command of the unit, Ioto attempted to make the best of the meager resources and unskilled soldiers provided to him by the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery's Procurement Department. Ioto also turned a blind eye to the operations of his Second Battalion commander Chu-sa Lance Y'uang-wu, whose acquisitions efforts were almost solely responsible for the Forty-fifth Regulars' small supply of upgraded technology.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Ioto retained command of the Forty-fifth Regulars and was stationed on Moore by 3067.[3]
