The Second Covenant Guards is a Combined Arms Regiment in service of the newly re-formed Free Worlds League.
History[edit]
Established by the Covenant Worlds in the late 3130s, the Second Covenant Guards were formed from a mixture of militia and mercenaries. When its parent state joined the League in 3139, the Second became part of the resurrected Free Worlds League Military. As of 3145 the regiment was stationed on Van Diemen IV.[1] [2]
In 3146 naval units attached to the Second intercepted Julian Davion's Task Force Navarre at Talitha as it made its way through League space.[3]

Tactics[edit]
In 3145 the Second specialized in fast response and mobile defense, and was also trained by its CO for defensive combat drops behind enemy lines.[1]
