Sergei Mitchell was a hover tank crewman in the Second Reconnaissance Platoon of the Sixth Syrtis Fusiliers' Eighteenth Verlo Armored Regiment during the Jihad.[1]
History[edit]
Sergeant Mitchell, along with his platoon commander Leftenant Samantha Deveraux and his crewmates Private First Class Richard Huang and Private Charlene Thomas, operated the command vehicle of the Eighteenth Verlo Armored Regiment's Second Recon Platoon. During the Capellan Confederation's invasion of New Syrtis in 3069, Mitchell's crew performed extremely well in combat against the invaders, downing seven Capellan BattleMechs and twenty-one enemy vehicles in the course of the fighting. In particular, Mitchell's unit excelled at attacking Capellan supply lines and small patrols before skirting away over terrain that was impassable for any units without hover technology.[1]
