Planetary History[edit]

Dark Age Era[edit]

By 3091, Shugo Kalma Luhon had spent years working to make himself popular among the people of Sertar by various means. He repealed unpopular measures predecessors put in place, converted to Buddhism, and took an apparent personal role in fighting rivals and pirates, portraying himself as pilot of a BattleMech actually piloted by Karl Gustavson. In June, mercenary unit Isaac's Incendiary, hired by an unknown employer, attempted to assassinate or otherwise incapacitate Gustavson to destroy Luhon's reputation. Whether this succeeded is unknown.[26]
