Sheila Joncas was the commanding officer of the Harcourt's Aliens Battalion of Harcourt's Destructors as of 3050.[1]

Major Joncas, serving with Harcourt's Destructors under contract to the Magistracy of Canopus, was stationed on Brixtana in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Joncas retained command of the Aliens and was still stationed on Brixtana in service of the Magistracy by 3054.[2]
