Simon Dumoss was the commanding officer of the Third Oriente Hussars as of 3053.[1]

Colonel Dumoss, serving with the Third Oriente Hussars, commanded a joint deployment to Ipswich and Dalton in 3054.[2] By 3059, Dumoss retained command of the Third Hussars and was stationed on Van Diemen IV. Having been given command of the unit in 3053, Dumoss was less authoritarian than his predecessor and the Third Hussars' discipline slipped as a result.[1]
