Speculations on Past Mysteries

Speculations on Past Mysteries was a written work, authored by Precentor Ivan Fresterton and published by Archives Publications, in 3001.[1][2]

Overview[edit]

This work, published as part of ComStar Internal Bulletin No. 236185PF, provided accounts of various incidents which were considered unsolved mysteries. This included the assassination of Coordinator Yoguchi Kurita, by the Lyran Intelligence Corps operative known as Snow Fire, with the work speculating Snow Fire may have had assistance from a Federated Suns Ministry of Information, Intelligence, and Operations operative known as "The Footman".

The work also considered who the true identity of The Footman may have been, identifying Talon Sergeant Donald Baines and palace messenger Jessica Donvel as possible suspects.[1][2]
