History & Description[edit]

The St. Ives Commonality is a Commonality of the Capellan Confederation, it would split for a brief time in the aftermath of the Fourth Succession War forming the St. Ives Compact.[1]

The citizens of the Commonality see themselves as the true upholders of the best in Capellan culture with many so deeply entrenched in Xin Sheng movements that the fear of separation from the Confederation is minimal.[1]
