Stanley Connely was a member of an APC crew with the 2nd Skye Guards during the Word of Blake Jihad.[1]

Connely, together with Richard Baxter and William Fulton, formed an armor crew in the 2nd Skye Guards, who as of 3075 were reputed to be notorious practical jokers. While on training maneuvers, infantry attached to their vehicle were known to have suffered through replica equipment placed by this crew programmed to broadcast insulting or embarrassing phrases, explode to coat people with flour or cream, or do worse. Their most famous prank was allegedly smuggling a Tharkan gazelle into their commander’s office one night.
If not for their battlefield performance, the 2nd Skye Guards long-suffering CO, General Ferguson, would have ejected them from the unit long ago.[1]
