Stanton de Beer was the Planetary Governor of Nova Roma as of 3025.[1]

A loyalist miliary officer within the Free Worlds League Military, Colonel de Beer was appointed to be the military governor of Nova Roma by Captain-General Janos Marik, following the suppression of Anton Marik's Revolt on the world. In this role, de Beer focused exclusively on trying to identify and stamp out any signs of further rebellion, completing ignoring the economic crisis caused by the damage to the world by the fighting which ended Anton Marik's civil war.[1]
