Planetary History[edit]
Operation REVIVAL[edit]
During the Clan Invasion Stapelfeld fell within the invasion corridor of Clan Smoke Jaguar. Lightly populated and with no military to protect themselves, the planetary government surrendered without a fight when Galaxy Commander Frederick Wimmer landed with his Alpha Command Star. Much to his dismay the Galaxy Commander discovered that the planet was of equally little value.[31]
Operation BULLDOG[edit]
Stapelfeld was invaded in the fourth wave of Operation BULLDOG by the First Amphigean Light Assault Group, First Free Worlds Guards, and the First Aragon Borderers. The defending Twenty-seventh Garrison Cluster only fought long enough to satisfy their honor before accepting a Trial of Possession to be captured by the First Amphigean.[32]
