The creation of the Star League Dollar and the Central Stock Exchange on Terra in 2621 was accompanied by the establishment of ten regional stock exchanges and Star League Dollar mints located in cities built by the Star League for economists, brokers, and business executives. The stock exchanges allowed business to trade shares in foreign companies, boosting economic activity and promoted peace between neighboring states. Each of these regional cities was the site of an official mint, printing Star League currency for one or two specific member states under the close supervision of the Department of Economic Relations which determined the amount of Star League Dollars were printed.[1] The ten regional Mints & Exchanges were as follows:
