Stasi Ivanova was the commanding officer of the Eighth Avalon Hussars as of 3104.[1]

General Ivanova and the Eighth Avalon Hussars were stationed on Spica when the Third McCarron's Armored Cavalry Regiment raided the planet in 3104. Incapable of resisting the Third MAC in a straight fight, Ivanova instead planned to ambush the Capellan Confederation forces with her company of Destrier Siege Vehicles. With the Eighth Hussars' BattleMechs serving as the bait and hovercraft harassing the MAC's flanks, Ivanova was able to draw the hostile raiders into a valley and hammered them with massed Long Tom Artillery fire. The battle was brought to a close when the Capellans, already severely weakened by the artillery assault, were routed by Ivanova's 'Mech counterattack.[1][2]
