As of 3025, Countess Trethel was the CEO of Cerulean Waters, a Cerulean based firm specializing in water purification systems. Much diminished by the lost of technology during the Succession Wars, Countess Trethel only had one operational factory left from the five her firm had during the First Star League, a facility in Thousand Springs City on Cerulean on the verge of complete collapse due to its poor state of repair.
Shortly before 3025, the New Avalon Institute of Science had however offered to fund the factory's reconstruction, an opportunity Countess Trethel welcomed with open arms.[1]
