Stephanie Chipuisat was the commanding officer of the Fourth Rim Commonality Guards as of 3085.[1]

Force Commander Chipuisat, serving as the commander of the Third Battalion of the Fourth Marik Militia, was stationed on Park Place in 3059.[2] After the dissolution of the Free Worlds League due to the Jihad, now-Albay Chipuisat became the commander of the Fourth Rim Commonality Guards and was stationed on Tematagi as of 3085.[1]
