Captain Stephen Butler was the commander of the Butler's Brigands during the Jihad.[1]
History[edit]
While stationed on Outreach, Stephen Butler led a company of 'Mechs and Armor out on a hunt for Wolf's Dragoons resistance forces on the continent of Romulus in December 3069. Near the ruins of Am Numsan, they countered a group of resistance fighters, but the Brigands took more damage than the Dragoons during the resulting fighting. Their losses kept them from pursuing the Dragoons any further for the rest of their contract.[2][3]
At sometime in early 3070, Butler's Brigands as well as two other smaller commands were wiped out by what would become known as Tara Lucas' Ghosts. Stephen Butler's ultimate fate is unknown at this time.[3]
