On 3 February 3134, Harmand - alongside Towne Bureau of Investigations inspector Frances Becca, Kordava police chief Geoffrey Flecher, and community leader Yoshiro Kalawaska - participated in the ceremony dedicating a monument to the victims of Towne's "Little Luthien" killer.[1]
