I tried chasing the information down through the books I have access to at work, and I can confirm that it's not in Interstellar Players 2: Jihad Conspiracies, Jihad Hot Spots: Terra, Jihad: Final Reckoning, Field Manual: 3085 or Field Manual: 3145. That makes me think that it's probably in Interstellar Operations or maybe the Republic XTRO/TRO3045. BrokenMnemonic (talk) 06:00, 17 May 2018 (EDT)
