HybridMech vs FrankenMech

What is the difference between these two? If there is an existing overlap, as the article states, then how would one be sure not be confused the two if "HybridMech" isn't defined?

As indicated in this article, HybridMechs are just a 'Mech rebuilt/refitted with a combination of technology/components from both Inner Sphere and Clan technology bases, but are otherwise still the same chassis. So Archer Christifori's Penetrator is a HybridMech as it mounts Clan ER Large Lasers in place of its original Inner Sphere, but its still a Penetrator. Referencing the patchwork nature of Frankenstein's Monster, FrankenMechs are 'Mechs which combine wildly different components such as limbs/torsos from two or even more different 'Mechs to point they barely resemble their parent designs, a good example of which is Temax Cat Ninjabolt.Cyc (talk) 18:12, 9 July 2023 (EDT)
