Talk:Interstellar Expeditions: Interstellar Players 3

Official clarification/erratum (archived for reference)[edit]

On the official BattleTech Forum it was asked in this thread if stats for the "Pride Conventional Fighter" and the "Thunderbird Heavy Strike Fighter", which appear on the RATs for the Escorpion Imperio, would eventually be published. Former BattleTech Line Developer (and still an official BattleTech writer) Herbert A. Beas II (as HABeas2) replied on 06 November 2013:

Hello,

XTRO: Deep Periphery was cancelled. The units listed on the Escorpion Imperio RAT should be replaced with the followings:

Pride Conventional Fighter = Meteor Heavy Strike Fighter [45 tons]
Thunderbird Strike Fighter = STU-K5 Stuka [100 tons]

Thanks,

- Herb"

I hadn't noticed that the moratorium for ISP3 is done, so with that:

Wow, Volt. Was that as simple as importing the coords or did it take a lot of work?--Revanche (talk|contribs) 16:58, 28 May 2013 (PDT)
Hey Rev, the plotting of the circles was a piece of cake. I just linked the graph to my excel file and then all I had to do was resize them so they don't overlap too much. The trick is having the labels not overlap. That takes a lot of manual work. I'm actually in the middle of making a new map because my source file got corrupted. sux -Volt (talk) 02:03, 29 May 2013 (PDT)
