It is a fact about the site's history, but one that is specifically germane to Merkhava MKVIII production, not all production. The TRO:3075 entry on pg.174 says Primary Factory: Terra (discontinued 2601), the previous note was written in such a way that it gave the impression that production at the entire factory was discontinued, which is problematic as Leopard Armor of Terra continued to produce old and new designs from this point all the way up to the current IlClan era.
