Despite Issue 4 advertising itself as "Volume 1," I believe this to be an error, since (volume aside) issues 1-4 were all published in 1991, have 20 pages, and follow each other sequentially. Issues 1-14 should all properly be labeled Volume 2. Issue 4 advertises that the size increase and format change will start with issue 5, making Issue 2's "Volume 2" cover blurb inconsistent, since either 1-4 are Vol. 1 and 5-14 are Vol. 2, or 1-14 are all Vol. 2. On a related note, Issue 1 (no volume indicated) refers to its predecessor as being delivered intermittently and being shorter than 20 pages, for a subscription of $8.95/year, but I can't find any trace of the real Volume 1's existence online.
