Ted Manati was the Prefect of Albiero for one year.[1]
History[edit]
Ted Manati comes from a family that has headed the Albiero Prefecture since the original division of the Draconis Combine into Districts and Prefects.
He was the second son of the family and became Prefect after his father's death in 3007, but died in 3008 in a boating accident, leaving no children.[1]
