The Tetsuwashi was a DropShip of unspecified type. Near the end of the War of 3039 it carried Gunji-no-Kanrei Theodore Kurita and his entourage to Proserpina. Upon learning that Yasir Nezumi, an overeager oyabun of the yakuza, had ordered the assassination of Coordinator Takashi Kurita by the nekakami, Theodore Kurita raced back to the Tetsuwashi to travel to Luthien, where he arrived on 9 January 3040.[1]
Context implies the Tetsuwashi was a 'Mech carrier DropShip; it brought Fuhito Tetsuhara and at least a dozen BattleMechs to Luthien.[2]
