Overview

This work discussed the activities of the Davion Warriors' Cabal, during the reign of First Prince Peter Davion, and the possibility of similar unrest reoccurring elsewhere in the Inner Sphere. In doing so the work drew on the theories of sociologist R. N. Herrick, who compared the post First Star League Successor States to the period of the Thirty Tyrants during the Roman Empire, where civil instability was caused by an overly powerful military.
