A deck may contain only one Alliance card. Begin the game with this card activated. Alliances are not sites and cannot be scrapped.
If The Invading Clans is in your deck, every Clan card in your deck loses all affiliations. When you assign damage during a mission, you cannot have more than two Units deal damage to any given opposing Unit.
