Theodora Fenlon was the wife of Captain-General of the Free Worlds League James Marik.[2]

In 2865 Fenlon would meet James Marik, who was visiting Tharkad as part of a a diplomatic mission to the Lyran Commonwealth.[1] James and Theodora would eventually marry.[1]
