Admiral Thomas Belleau was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Nineteenth Fleet from at least 2759 to 2764.[1][2]
History[edit]
After graduating the top of his class, and putting in twenty years of excellent performance, Belleau was considered a rising star within the SLDF. Appointed to lead the Nineteenth Fleet, as of 2764 he was under consideration to replace Star League Navy head Admiral Ignacio Blake when he eventually retired.
Handsome, clever and skilled politically, Belleau was also an superior and innovated naval commander, whose efforts from the bridge of his flagship the SLS Moscow had reduced bandit raids by sixty percent in the Nineteenth Fleet's area of operations during the five years leading up to 2764.[1]
