Thrax Shadow was the commanding officer of Third Company, Fourth Battalion of the Fifth Crucis Lancers during the late Succession Wars Era and Clan Invasion Era.[1]
History[edit]
Hauptmann Shadow's history before joining the Fifth Crucis Lancers was a mystery, having arrived alongside a group of academy cadets who were much younger than him. Shadow also eschewed wearing a Lancers uniform in favor of a plain jumpsuit and his whereabouts were often unknown to the other members of Third Company—which he would attribute to his reconnaissance company's poor skills. Because Shadow's disappearances coincided with the destruction of hostile facilities far from the frontlines, rumors in the Fifth Lancers held that he was actually an intelligence agent or special forces operative who had been embedded with the unit. Conversely, the commanders of the Fifth Lancers gave no credence to that idea.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Hauptmann Thrax Shadow piloted a -21 model Assassin BattleMech during the late Succession Wars. During the Clan Invasion, he piloted a -23 model Assassin.[1]
