Tim Balke was the lead Supervising Technician of the Hauberk U15.[1]
History[edit]
The project was complete executed by him while categorizing the salvage left after the expulsion of the Word of Blake from New Avalon. With the wreckage of Hauberk and Infiltrator Mk. II, plus the hulks of Blakist Purifier and Demon battle armor. He started to tinker with it, mixing systems together and creating an urban defense power armor suit capable of all but disappear from the battlefield and with the weapons provide a wide array of combat options.
By 3090, he had built four of these suits, which were tested successfully. by a battle armor unit stationed nearby. against a Valkyrie and two other 'Mechs[1]. People started to call his battle armor:
