Galaxy Commander Tirant Higall was a Clan Nova Cat during the thirty-first century.[1][2]
History[edit]
Higall commanded Lachesis Keshik of Sigma Galaxy from at least 3052 as a Star Captain,[2] before he accepted the post to lead Zeta Provisional Galaxy, at the time Clan Nova Cat joined the Second Star League. He led the unit from 37th Garrison Cluster,[1] the formation of which he announced in June 3062.[3]
He was one of the biggest supporters of the movement to join the Second Star League and Khan Santin West,[1] and he was working to persuade his new Galaxy's warriors that they were on a better path. By 3062 he had already fought five Trials of Grievance.[1]
